Problem :
Airline booking and travel management systems often contain complex processes and large amounts of information that can be difficult for passengers to navigate. Sudan Air needed a modern mobile experience that could simplify key travel tasks while presenting important flight information in a clear and accessible way.
Challenge :
The project was focused on designing selected screens and user flows rather than building a complete product. The challenge was to create intuitive interfaces for critical travel actions, such as booking management, flight information, and digital boarding passes, while maintaining a consistent and user-friendly experience across the proposed designs.
Solution :
A high-fidelity UI/UX concept was created to demonstrate how complex airline services could be transformed into a simple and engaging mobile experience. The design focused on clear navigation, streamlined user flows, readable information hierarchy, and modern visual aesthetics. Selected screens were designed in Figma to showcase the overall product vision and user experience approach.
